Person Personnel Certifications
Overview
The person_personnel_certifications table is a pure join (link) table that maps the many-to-many relationship
between personnel and their
personnel_certifications. Each row links one Person to one
PersonnelCertification. The table carries only the two foreign-key columns and does not include the standard
BaseEntity audit columns (such as id, created_date, or modified_by).

person_id
Foreign key to the personnel table identifying the person in this association.
certification_id
Foreign key to the personnel_certifications table identifying the certification held by the person.
